If you moved out of Florida and need a paper copy of your Florida electronic title (e-title), you have two easy options:

Option 1: Request Online (Fastest)

Visit the MyDMV Portal to request a printed title:

Option 2: Mail an Application

1. Download and complete the Electronic Title Application:

2. Mail the completed form to:
