Once you've paid off your vehicle loan, you can request your title—either online or in person.

Need a Duplicate Title? Here's What to Do
If your Florida vehicle title has been lost, stolen, or destroyed, you can request a duplicate title either in person or by mail.
Option 1: Visit an Office
You can request a duplicate title by making an appointment at one of our offices:

- All owners must be present at the time of the request.
- An updated odometer reading is required.
Option 2: Out of State or Prefer to Mail It In?
If you are currently out of state or prefer to request by mail, follow these steps:

Complete Form 82101 – Application for Duplicate Title:

Mail the completed form along with a check or money order for $85.25, payable to:
- Tax Collector's Office of Indian River County
